I've been struggling to upload data from the iRec ord App. It used to work fine but hasn't uploaded any data for months.

I looked on this forum and found others had problems with data stuck in "Pending" on the app. I checked and found I had 120 record pending upload. THere was advice in this forum to log out and login again on the app but I now seem to have lost all my data, both pending and draft records! This is a disaster. HELP.

Where are my records? How do I recover them?
