My recently added records are not appearing on the lists in Explore

I have recently entered some casual records as per the instructions and once submitted the acknowledgement appears at the top, so the records must be on the system. However, checking Explore to confirm the entries later, the records DO NOT APPEAR either in My records or All records. My data and dashboard are also bereft of records.

Oddly some of my records from previous years do appear in the All records list, either as David or Dave - and I've tried using my account under both versions of my name. Perhaps significantly an Error message 'unknown warehouse_user_id' has appeared in My Account despite allowing me to Log in. I have not been in Training Mode.

Is there an administrator who can help or has anyone had this problem and might explain how to rectify it? Thanks for help
