I cannot login to the app. I have registered a password but it still won't let me in despite saying ok following the reset email link.

Hi,

Hi,
Try reset the password and set the new password without punctuation.

Also, you can try to reset the app If you go to the app Settings page, at the bottom there is a 'Reset' button that should reset the app to its clean state - this will delete all your any unsent records too.
