i-record App

Hi

Earlier this week ( possibly 12/09/2021 )my I-record app refused to stay open lso I am unable to input new records or access and edit a quantity of "pending records". My phone is a Onephone 8 using android software version 11  . I have closed and restarted phone with no joy and I am wondering if I have now lost my pending data forever?  Comments would be appreciated.

Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the issues. We are super busy right now to look into this but I will flag this on our system. There is a new iRecord App update pending a release so we might be able to see if this is something we could squeeze in. In the meanwhile, could you answer a few questions for me please:

1. Do you have the latest app version on your device?

2. Do you have enough space on your device?

3. When you say it doesn't stay open, does it close by itself? If so then, how long does it stay open when you open it the first time?

The version on my phone is 5.4.1

2. Do you have enough space on your device?

Storage remaining 202GB 21% used

It When the icon is tapped the I-record front page opens and then shuts off immediately back to the icon. I also get a message box "Irecord App keeps stopping" and given three choice
